Floating islands dominate this district large stretches of land that forgot to fall down following an unknown magical event. Many support pillars have been put up in order to secure it in case it remembers to fall. The city at large throws its trash into the land under the floating islands so it may be buried when it falls. The poor have built upon the island due to no one reasonably wanting to live on the unstable magical event.
